摘要
采用Aspen Plus对丙烯精馏过程进行模拟.选用RK-SOAVE状态方程,使用灵敏度分析,探讨精馏操作压力、理论板数、回流比等关键参数对丙烯精馏的影响,优化精馏过程中参数.
Abstract
Aspen Plus is used to simulate the propylene distillation process.The RK-SOAVE equation of state is selected and sensitivity analysis is used to explore the influence of key parameters such as distillation operating pressure,theoretical plate number and reflux ratio on propylene rectification,and optimize the parameters in the rectification process.
