低温容器使用的分子筛是13X和5A两种分子筛的混合物,它们是低温产品在役期间保证真空质量的重要部件.但吸附剂的吸附是物理吸附,在特定条件下会解吸出原先吸附的气体,从而影响容器的真空度和低温绝热性能,尤其是容器遇到意外情况,导致真空损失需要返修,如何保证返修后的真空质量,对吸附剂的处理至关重要.在设计工装、模拟真空的条件下,测试不同温度的解吸量,找到合适的处置方案,提高真空效率,为返修产品的真空质量提供有力的保证.
The molecular sieve used in low-temperature containers is a mixture of 13X and 5A molecular sieve,which are important components for ensuring vacuum quality during the service of low-temperature products.But the adsorption of ad-sorbents is physical adsorption,and under specific conditions,it will desorb the previously adsorbed gas,thereby affecting the vacuum degree and low-temperature insulation performance of the container.Especially when the container encounters unexpected situations,which cause vacuum loss and require repair,how to ensure the vacuum quality after repair is crucial for the treatment of adsorbents.Under the designing fixtures and simulating vacuum conditions,testing the desorption ca-pacity at different temperatures,finding suitable disposal solutions,improving vacuum efficiency,and providing strong as-surance for the vacuum quality of repaired products.
