摘要

冷库是冷链物流比较重要的一个环节,自动化立体冷库因其高库容率、高分拣效率,及高能效等多种优势而发展的非常迅速.根据立体冷库逐渐向大型化发展的趋势,节能极为重要.分析了主要的冷库节能技术手段,优化了保温及断冷桥设计、设备选型等方式,并通过全自动控制实现冷库的节能降耗.以新加坡某超市用全自动立体冷库为例,对全自动立体冷库设计作浅析.

Abstract

Cold storage as an important part of cold train logistics,automatic storage and retrieval system(AS/RS)cold storage develop rapidly because of high storage capacity,improved operational efficiency and advanced energy efficiency.According to cold storage's large-scale development trend,energy saving shows extremely important.Analyze main energy technology,optimize the design of thermal insulation,cold bridge prevention and refrigeration equipment design,as well as apply automatic control to realize energy and consumption reduction of cold storage.Take one AS/RS cold storage for super-market in Singapore for example,briefly summarize AS/RS cold storage design.
