摘要

夏季高温,针对35 000 m3/h空分设备循环冷却水温度与分子筛吸附器进气温度大于高报警值问题,对空分设备循环冷却水系统增设冷却风机、空气预冷系统增设冷冻机,保障空分设备在夏季高温条件下安全、稳定、经济运行.叙述35 000 m3/h空分设备在夏季高温状态运行时,循环冷却水温度与分子筛吸附器进气温度大于高报警值的原因,介绍35 000 m3/h空分设备增设冷却风机与冷冻机技术改造的具体措施、效果.

Abstract

In view of the high temperature in summer,aiming at the problem that the circulating cooling water temperature of the air separation plant and the inlet air temperature of the molecular sieve adsorber of the 35 000 m3/h air separation plant are greater than the high alarm value,a cooling fan and a freezer are added to the air separation plant circulating cool-ing water system and air precooling system to ensure the safe,stable and economical operation of the air separation plant under the high temperature conditions in summer.This paper describes the reasons why the circulating cooling water tem-perature and the inlet air temperature of the molecular sieve adsorber are greater than the high alarm value when the 35 000 m3/h air separation plant is running under high temperature in summer,and introduces the specific measures and effects of the technical transformation of the cooling fan and freezer added to the 35 000 m3/h air separation plant.
