摘要

针对氪氙精制催化撬装置,经过实际运行与设计数据相对比,发现吸附器的进口温度远高于设计值,尤其是在夏季,氪氙的产能低于冬季,主要原因是前端的回热器出口温度高和氧气冷却器换热效果差.为了增加氪氙产能,对回热器进行改造,原绕管式改为双绕管结构,同时置换氧气冷却器,改用低温氮气提供冷源,达到降低吸附器进口温度、降低催化撬吸附器的切换周期、降低氪氙的放空次数的目的,进而提高了氪氙的产能.

Abstract

Regarding the krypton xenon refining catalytic skid-mounted device,compared with the design data,it is found that the inlet temperature of the adsorber is much higher than the design value,especially in summer,the capacity of kryp-ton and xenon is lower than that in winter,mainly due to the high outlet temperature of the front regenerator and the poor heat exchange effect of the oxygen cooler.In order to increase the production capacity of krypton and xenon,the regenerator was reformed,and the original wound tube structure was changed to double wound tube structure.At the same time,the oxygen cooler was replaced,and low-temperature nitrogen was used to provide cold source,so as to reduce the inlet temper-ature of adsorber,reduce the switching period of catalytic skid-mounted adsorber and reduce the venting times of krypton and xenon,and further improve the production capacity of krypton and xenon.
