摘要

目前我国西北地区煤化工项目配套的空分装置大多数没有氩产品,而配置了氩增效塔的空分装置中的粗氩气往往被复热排放,没有得到回收利用.结合具体案例提出了 3种提氩改造方案,通过对初始投资和运行成本的比较,选择较为经济的解决方案,不但可以优化运行成本,还可以增加液氩产量,具有可观的经济效益.

Abstract

At present,most air separation units for the coal-chemical industry in our north-west area have no argon prod-uct.Some air separation units have a fake argon column,the crude argon is warmed in heat exchanger and blown off,the crude argon has not been recovered.Based on the specific case,this paper proposes three solutions for argon revamping.Through the comparison of the initial equipment investment and operating cost,a more economical solution is selected,which can not only optimize the operating cost,but also yield the liquid argon,and achieve remarkable economic benefits.
