摘要

介绍了高准确度氮中二氯二氟甲烷混合气体标准物质的研制过程,主要包括混合气配制、混合气均匀性检验、稳定性考察和称量法定值等过程.研制的氮中二氯二氟甲烷混合气体标准物质浓度范围为10.0~100(μmol/mol),F检验和回归曲线法结果表明,该混合气体标准物质压力为0.5~10 MPa,均匀性及稳定性良好,标准物质定值结果的相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2),有效期为12个月.

Abstract

This paper introduces the development process of the mixed gas reference material of dichlorodifluoromethane in nitrogen with high accuracy,including the preparation of the mixed gas,the homogeneity test of the mixed gas,the stability inspection and the weighing legal value.The nominal concentration of the developed dichlorodifluoromethane mixed gas ref-erence material in nitrogen is 10.0~100(μmol/mol).The results of F test and regression curve method show that the mixed gas reference material has good homogeneity and stability in the pressure range of 0.5~10 MPa.The relative ex-panded uncertainty of the calibration results is 2%(k=2),and the validity period is 12 months.
