主要介绍了氮气中二氧化氮气体标准物质的研制过程,参照GB/T 5274.1-2018《气体分析校准用混合气体的制备第1部分:称量法制备一级混合气体》称量法制备并定值,通过控制原料气检测、称量过程、制备过程,以及均匀性、稳定性的不确定度达到了研制要求,考察期为1 a.
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the development process of nitrogen dioxide gas reference materials in nitrogen,which are prepared and valued according to the GB/T 5274.1-2018 Gas analysis—Preparation of calibration gas mix-tures—Part 1:Gravimetric method for class Ⅰ mixtures,it is prepared and calibrated by weighing method.By controlling the uncertainty of raw material gas detection,weighing process,preparation process and uniformity stability to meet the de-velopment requirements,the study period is one year.
