摘要

六氟丁二烯是一种新型的含氟电子气体,具有优异的蚀刻选择性和环保性能,应用前景广阔.主要介绍了现阶段六氟丁二烯的合成工艺路线及改进方向.

Abstract

Hexafluorobutadiene is a new kind of fluorine-containing electronic gas,which has excellent etching selectivity and environmental protection performance.The synthetic route and improvement direction of hexafluorobutadiene at present are introduced.
