摘要

以金属有机框架材料UiO-66 作为吸附剂,涂渍在毛细管柱上,经过高纯氮气老化后,接入气相色谱,用来分析C4 及以下烃类.首先合成UiO-66,然后将UiO-66 配制成悬浊液,用静态涂渍法涂渍在毛细管柱内壁上.经过多次涂渍达到理想的厚度后,按照设定好的气相色谱分析条件,可以分离14 种以上的低级烃类.分离度远超1.2,柱效以乙烷计算达到2500/m.拖尾因子在1.2 以内,完全可以适用于实际的工业生产.

Abstract

The metal organic framework material UiO-66 was used as an adsorbent,coated on a capillary column,aged un-der high-purity nitrogen gas,and connected to gas chromatography for the hydrocarbons analysis of C4 and below.Firstly,UiO-66 was synthesized,and then UiO-66 was prepared into suspension and coated on the inner wall of capillary column by static coating method.After multiple coatings and reaching the desired thickness,according to the set gas chromatography analysis conditions,more than 14 types of low-level hydrocarbons can be separated.The separation degree far exceeds 1.2,and the column efficiency is calculated to reach 2500/m using ethane.The tailing factor is within 1.2,which can be fully applicable to actual industrial production.
