Aiming at the helium resource recovery process in BOG of fragmented gas skid-mounted LNG unit,based on the investigation of helium extraction technology at home and abroad at room temperature,an innovative process route of mem-brane separation+pressure swing adsorption for helium recovery was proposed.The characteristics and adaptability of the four processes were compared and analyzed by the method of simulation calculation.A test device was established to study different membrane components under different helium content,different inlet pressure and different inlet flow.Compared with the traditional cryogenic helium extraction process,the process flow of helium extraction by normal temperature method is shortened,the energy consumption per unit product is reduced,the investment cost is significantly reduced,and it can better adapt to the helium resource recovery scenario in the scattered gas BOG.
