摘要

叙述了三氟化磷的基本物性及应用领域,主要介绍了三氟化磷合成方法的研究进展.三氟化磷在常温常压下为无色无味的气体,具有广泛的应用前景,尤其是在电子工业和半导体制造领域.目前已报道的三氟化磷制备方法有多种,按照反应类型进行归类总结,包括单质反应法、酸参与的复分解反应法和盐复分解反应法等.其中,盐复分解反应法是制备三氟化磷最有潜力的方法.

Abstract

The basic physicochemical properties and application fields of phosphorus trifluoride(PF3)were described,and the research progress on the synthesis methods of phosphorus trifluoride was mainly introduced.Phosphorus trifluoride is a colorless and odorless gas at room temperature and pressure,with a wide application prospect,especially in the fields of e-lectronics industry and semiconductor manufacturing.There are currently multiple reported preparation methods for PF3.This article summarizes and categorizes reactions according to their reaction types,including elemental reaction method,acid assisted metathesis reaction method,and salt metathesis reaction method.Among them,the salt metathesis reaction method is the most promising method for preparing PF3.
