The quality of compressed air directly affects production efficiency and product quality. This study aims to evalu-ate the operational status of compressed air systems and propose improvement suggestions through systematic testing of mois-ture,oil content, and particle concentration in compressed air.Firstly, moisture content in the system was detected and an-alyzed using a dew point meter.Secondly, the oil content in compressed air was determined using the infrared spectropho-tometry.Finally,particle concentration in compressed air was measured using the gravimetric method.Experimental results indicate higher levels of moisture, oil content, and particle concentration in the compressed air system, potentially affecting the normal operation of production equipment and product quality. Therefore,it is recommended to implement effective pur-ification measures such as adding dryers, regularly replacing filters, and enhancing pipeline cleaning to improve the quality and stability of compressed air. Thus optimizing the operation of the compressed air system and improving production effi-ciency.
