摘要

液氨储罐是工业生产中广泛使用的储存设备,主要是用来储存液氨的带压力容器.需管理和预防液氨储罐出现泄漏事故、人员中毒、甚至爆炸等危害事故,避免经济损失和人员伤亡,因此,加强液氨储罐的定期检验和维保管理工作至关重要.着重从液氨储罐定期检验角度,根据TSG 21-2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》的规定,结合实际对液氨储罐定期检验工作中需重视的几个问题做进一步研究,以引起相关单位的足够重视.

Abstract

Liquid ammonia storage tanks are widely used storage equipment in industrial production,mainly used to store liquid ammonia as pressurized containers.It is crucial to strengthen the regular inspection and maintenance management of liquid ammonia storage tanks in order to manage and prevent accidents such as leaks,personnel poisoning,and even explo-sions,and avoid economic losses and casualties.This article focuses on the regular inspection of liquid ammonia storage tanks,and in accordance with the provisions of TSG 21-2016 Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels,further research is conducted on several issues that need to be paid attention to in the regular inspection of liquid ammonia storage tanks,in order to attract sufficient attention from relevant units.
