基于用户感知的4G/5G网络负荷均衡策略研究与应用

随着 5G覆盖能力不断提升,城市、县城及重点场景已形成 2。6 GHz+700 MHz双层网连续覆盖,加之运营商套餐资费的不断完善和大力度市场推广营销,5G用户持续增长。同时随着短视频、游戏、即时通信等需求的快速发展,用户的需求也从初期的5G网络体验上升至现阶段的"用户端感知"诉求。基于上述因素,本文从主流业务直播、短视频、即时通信三大类最低保证速率入手,找出业务最低保障速率作为负荷均衡用户感知触发门限,根据规则将高负荷小区目标用户迁移至低负荷小区,保障服务小区容量,从而提升用户感知。在 5G极端高流量场景,利用 4G丰富频段资源分流部分5G网络高负荷小区用户,实现了 4G/5G网络资源充分利用且提升用户感知协同优化的目的。
Research and application of 4G/5G network load balancing strategy based on user perception
With the continuous improvement of 5G coverage capacity,2.6 GHz+700 MHz double-layer network coverage has been formed for cities,counties and key scenes,coupled with the continuous improvement of carrier package fees and vigorous marketing efforts,5G users continue to grow.With the rapid development of short video,games,instant messaging and other needs,the user's demand from the initial 5G network experience to the current stage of"user awareness"demand;Starting with the three categories of minimum guaranteed rate of mainstream service live broadcast,short video and instant messaging,the minimum guaranteed rate of service is found to be the trigger threshold of load balance user perception,according to the rules,the target users of high-load cell can be moved to low-load cell to ensure the capacity of service cell,so as to improve the users'perception,the utilization ratio of 4G rich frequency band resources diverts the high-load cell users of 5G network to realize the goal of fully utilizing 4G/5G network resources and improving the users'perception and coordination optimization.
