Study on the Renewal Value Evaluation System of Stock Underground Space
The stock underground space has great potential in supplementing the ground space resources and improving the urban facilities.However,during the development process,many problems have emerged,such as function concentration but lack of space,uneven quality and lack of style,function dislocation and high relocation cost,insufficient parking supply and lack of linkage.Due to its complex characteristics,many restrictions and lack of efficient value evaluation methods,there are deficiencies in the utilization mode and utilization efficiency when it is renewed and reused.From the perspective of total factor research and analysis,this paper selects the evaluation indicators based on the four demand criteria of current quality,renewal demand,cost input and available benefits,and compares and analyzes the value evaluation methods suitable for the characteristics of existing underground space,in order to provide reference for the efficient and high-quality renewal and utilization of existing underground space.
