摘要

为实现多通风机组合的隧道通风系统高效排烟,建立1∶10缩尺试验模型,其工程原型为下穿青岛胶州湾的地铁1号线瓦贵区间隧道.基于试验模型,测定通风机功耗、行车道风速及静压,量化4种通风机组合及其运行参数对隧道内流场参数的影响,呈现出排烟口周边区域的气流滞止现象.气流滞止是惯性力与压差力平衡的表象.为了度量气流滞止效应,应用无量纲准则,推导出Eu数(Euler number)表达式.应用该表达式,比较了 4种风机组合的排烟性能而得出,四通风机组合工况2排烟性能最高,三通风机组合工况4、工况3次之,而两通风机组合工况1排烟性能最低,这表明,开启抽出式通风机能显著提升系统通风排烟能力.

Abstract

In order to realize the efficient smoke exhaust of tunnel ventilation system with multi-fan combination,a 1∶10 scale test model was established.Its engineering prototype is the Wagui section tunnel of Metro Line 1,which runs under Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay.Based on the experiment model,the fan power consumption,wind velocity and static pressure in the carriageway are measured to quantify the impact of four fan combinations and their operating parameters on the flow field parameters in the tunnel.The research shows that there is airflow stagnation in the area around the smoke outlet.The airflow stagnation is the external representation of the balance relationship between the inertial force and the pressure difference force.In order to measure the airflow stagnation effect,the Eu expression is derived using the dimensionless criterion.Using this expression,the smoke exhaust performance of four fan combinations is compared.The results show that the smoke exhaust performance of the four fans combination is the best,the three fans combination are the second,and the smoke exhaust performance of the two fans combination is the worst.This shows that opening the exhaust fan can significantly improve the ventilation and smoke exhaust capacity of the system.
