Soundless Cracking Agents Expansion Performance Test and Construction Process Optimization
Soundless cracking agents have been widely used in coal mining and other fields but their expansion stress tests is complicated,sealing upstream and construction are difficult.The drainage method is used to test the time-varying curve of swelling rate,combined with the swelling stress curve,to obtain the swelling rate-swelling stress relationship model and quickly obtain the swelling performance parameters;The self-developed tubular hole sealer to simplify the construction process and improve the sealing efficiency;Through four kinds of water-cement ratio mobility test and pumping test,0.34 is selected as the water-cement ratio for engineering.The results show that:The swelling rate and swelling stress are positively correlated,through the swelling rate test and its corresponding swelling stress curve,the swelling performance parameters of different water-cement ratios can be quickly obtained,simplifying the swelling stress test.The construction process of the pipe sealer is simple and adaptable,and the sealing effect is good.The selected water-cement ratio has good fluidity,the grouting equipment is lightweight,small in size,with strong grouting capacity and the slurry transport distance reaches 8m,which can meet the downhole construction requirements.The optimized process,with significantly improved construction efficiency,meets the requirements of complex geology and construction conditions.
