The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Underground Space Development and Utilization in Shanghai
Since the 1990s,the development of underground space in Shanghai has made rapid progress.So far,not only has the total amount been quite large,but also a multi-center structure has basically formed in coordination with the above-ground development.However,while developing rapidly,there are still problems in the development of underground space in Shanghai,such as insufficient resource control,incomplete guidance,ineffective utilization of comprehensive efficiency,and incomplete streamlining of institutional mechanisms.In the context of high-quality development in the new era,the development of underground space faces a series of higher requirements such as ecology,efficiency,and intensification.Based on the current development situation and existing problems,systematic response strategies have been proposed,clarifying corresponding concepts or principles for the future development of underground space in Shanghai from the perspectives of strengthening resource control,improving development quality,optimizing spatial layout,and improving management mechanisms.
