摘要

为探究波纹钢初支结构在富水半成岩隧道中的施工力学特性,依托临清高速王家寨隧道工程,总结半成岩隧道内波纹钢初支结构的施工方案,再通过等效刚度的方法建立动态施工数值模型,并结合现场监测数据进行验证,进而分析施工过程对波纹钢初支结构施工力学特性的影响,最后针对现场波纹钢背后混凝土厚度不足的问题进行参数分析.结果表明:(1)波纹钢初支结构施工方案可有效适配于该类隧道,满足"快挖、快支、快封闭"的施工理念;(2)半成岩隧道洞内变形有变形时间长、变形量大的特点,初支结构拱脚部位为大弯矩、小轴力的危险区域;(3)随着混凝土厚度减小,初支结构最大Mises应力迅速上升,实际施工时应注意洞内变形带来的混凝土厚度不足风险.

Abstract

In order to explore the construction mechanical characteristics of corrugated steel initial support structure in the rich water semi rock tunnel,based on the Wangjiazhai Tunnel project of Linqing Expressway,the construction technology of corrugated steel initial support structure in the semi rock tunnel is summarized.Then,a dynamic construction numerical model is established through equivalent stiffness method,and verified with on-site monitoring data.Furthermore,the impact of construction process on the construction mechanical characteristics of corrugated steel initial support structure is analyzed,Finally,parameter analysis was conducted to address the issue of insufficient concrete thickness behind the corrugated steel on site.The results show that:(1) The deformation inside the semi rock tunnel has the characteristics of long deformation time and large deformation amount,and the construction plan of corrugated steel initial support structure can effectively adapt to this type of tunnel;(2) The deformation and stress of the initial support structure of corrugated steel meet the limit requirements of practical engineering,but the arch foot is a dangerous area with large bending moment and small axial force;(3) As the thickness of concrete decreases,the maximum Mises stress in the initial support structure rapidly increases.During actual construction,attention should be paid to the risk of insufficient concrete thickness caused by deformation inside the tunnel.
