The research explored the determinants of career decision-making for college students by interviewing method and questionnaire.35 undergraduates(age,24.7 ±0.80)and 35 graduates(age,24.7 ±0.92)working within 3 years participated in the study.The results indicate that college students most concern the development of personal potential when finding a job,namely how to upgrade and develop themselves in the future position.Second,they concern industry prospect,enterprise prospect and interpersonal relationship.But graduating students,first time to face job hunting and employment,ignore the importance of income,vocational inter-est,stability and vocational location.
