摘要
本文以班杜拉自我效能感理论为基础，采用自编大学生择业效能感问卷。对31名社会体育专业在校学生（应届毕业生）进行调查研究。一方面分析了大学生择业效能感和择业倾向的预测分析，探讨了其择业技能、择业态度以及择业目标上的倾向预测。另一方面，研究了应届毕业生择业困难、择业期望、择业定位三个方面的预测分析。
Abstract
[Summary]This article base on Albert Bandura’s Self-efficacy Theory, and also adopted the questionnaire of graduates’career self-efficacy,to investigate and reseach 31 social sports speciality graduates. On one hand, it shows the analysis of the graduates’ career self-efficacy and the forecast analysis of their career tendency, discussed the skill,attitude and tendency prediction of choosing a career. On the other hand,it has the study of three aspects :employment difficulties,career expectation and career position.
