摘要
近年来，辽宁省民办高校发展取得了长足的进步，但在发展中也暴露出不少问题，较为突出的就是师资管理问题，这一问题解决不好会严重制约民办高校的教育质量与未来发展。本文基于师资队伍建设对民办高校发展的重要性，分析目前辽宁省民办高校师资管理存在的问题，并提出相关的对策。

[] In recent years,the development of private colleges and universities in Liaoning Province has made considerable progress,but also exposed many problems of development,the more prominent is the teacher management issues,the issues are not well be seriously hampered the quality of education and private colleges and universities future development.Based on the teaching staff of the importance of the development of private universities,analysis of the current Liaoning Provincial Management of Teachers in Pri-vate problems and propose solutions.
