摘要
实习实训教学作为高职院校培养高素质、高技能人才的重要教学环节之一，是指导高职学生理论联系实际，培养学生的实践性和操作性等综合素质的重要途径。文章针对实习实训教学环节中存在的问题以及对策分析提出一些建议，希望能在今后的实习实训教学中达到更好的实训效果。
Abstract
