Final exam of College English plays an important part in the whole processin English teaching,acting as the evi-dence of testing,evaluating,modifying and improving teaching.Based on many studies of final test of college English,the first final exam of freshman in 2014 in Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities is taken as the example to study,which is analyzed and discussed about some related items,according to the current teaching and testing programs.Besides,a view is proposed that in the final test of college English,more effective thoughts and creativity will occur with the development of reform in education and traditional testing models in order to precisely and effectively test the learning proficiency of English learners.
