Abstract
Social desire is one of the items of Jacques Lacan’s psychoanalysis theory, which has prevalent manifestations in people’s daily life. It explains the in-death, psychological reasons of human beings’ certain movement or thought. MicroBlog is one of the social network tycoons nowadays, through which over 5360 million bloggers can share, spread and acquire a large amount of real-time information every day. This paper is devoted to applying the social desire theory to MicroBlog, briefly analyzing the motivations of three kinds of bloggers’ dynamics---celebrities, VIPs and ordinary people.
