摘要
由于随着高校不断扩招，以及城市外来务工人员的数量的增加，使得本来就业岗位就严重不足的形势变得更加严峻。尤其是当代大学生的个人素质都有所不同，在就业意愿和就业需求上都存在差异。本文将对内江师范学院计算机专业类大学生的就业情况和就业意愿进行调查，从中能够更准确地挖掘新时期大学毕业生的就业意愿上的现状及影响因素，并有针对性地提出解决当前情况的对策与建议，期望能够对高校计算机专业类大学生的就业指导和服务有所帮助和借鉴作用。
Abstract
Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,as well as the increase of the number of urban migrant workers,the situation of the already serious shortage of jobs is becoming more serious.Especially the personal qualities of the modern college students are different;there are differences in employment intention and employment needs.Neijiang normal college computer professional class will be willing to investigate college students’ employment situation and employment,can dig more accurately the employment of college graduates in the new period will on the present situation and infl uencing factors,and puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the current situation,hope to students of computer major in the university employment guidance and services help and reference.
