当今时代，和平与发展成为时代主题，文化越来越成为民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉、越来越成为综合国力的重要因素，文化软实力已经成为综合国力的重要组成部分。提高国家文化软实力，关系“俩个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现。因此，在实现中华民族伟大复兴的道路上，我们要大力发展国家文化软实力建设，让软实力有硬度，才能助力早日实现中国梦。

Peace and development has become the theme of the times.Cultureis becoming increasingly an significant source of national cohesion and creativity,and the important factor of comprehensive national strength,cultural soft power has become an important component of the comprehensive national strength.The strengthening cultural soft power is decisive for China to reach the Two Centenary Goals and realize the Chinese Dream of rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The refore,on the road to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we shall strive to develop the national cultural soft power construction,let the soft strength possess the hards trength,which will assist China in realizing the Chinese Dream as soon as possible.
