摘要
《军队基层政治工作》课程通过在课堂上模拟召开党支部委员会、上思想政治教育课、解决基层常见问题；在课外体验担任党支部委员、军人委员会和团支部委员、思想工作骨干，使学员深入理解课程知识，提升政治工作实践能力。针对教学实践中出现的不足，提出丰富案例的类型和情景、健全课堂外体验的内容和考评机制、设置讨论和交流的课程三项完善措施。
Abstract
Carry out the experience type teaching in the Army Grassroots Political Work courses,in order to enhance students’ ability of political work,in the classroom to simulate a party branch committee,give the ideological and political education,solve com-mon problems at the local level.And in extra -curricular experience served as party branch committee member,the Military Committee and Communist Youth League member,ideological work backbone.Aiming at the deficiency in the teaching,three improved measures are put forward:enrich the types of cases and scenarios,perfect inside and outside the classroom experience of the content and evalua-tion mechanism,provide discussion and exchange courses.
