提高浙江高职生跨文化交际能力的几点建议

摘要
本文通过对浙江高职毕业生跨文化交际能力进行实证研究,结合全国设立德语专业的高职院校的跨文化交际课程设置统计,对高职学生就职后遇到的跨文化交际冲突从教育背景上进行了分析,揭示了中德两国的家庭教育与基础教育差异对学生跨文化交际能力的影响, 并对提高高职毕业生跨文化交际能力提出了几点建议.
Abstract
The research studied intercultural communication competence of college students in Zhejiang province. Combining with the statistic research of intercultural communication courses in the college education, the article analyses the educational reasons of intercultural confl icts of college students after their graduation and reveals the infl uence of family education and school education in the intercultural communication's ability of the students. At the end, the research makes several suggestions to improve the intercultral communication's competence of college students.
