区域国别研究中信息需求的特点与痛点研究

摘要
在"百年未有之大变局"的背景下,分析区域国别研究中的信息需求,能够为国际视野下的图书情报研究与实践提供参考.文章通过对 19 位学者的访谈调研,发现区域国别研究中的信息需求具有信息来源广、涉及语种多、地理属性强等特点,研究者在信息获取过程中的痛点在于国内文献资料不足且分布不均衡,对象国图书馆、档案馆开放性不足,所需信息来源分散等.以上发现能够为国际视野下信息资源服务在理念、平台、模式、技术等方面的创新提供启发.
Abstract
Under the background of"unprecedented changes in a century",analysis of the information needs in area and country studies can provide reference for international perspectives on library and infor-mation research and practice.Through interviews with 19 scholars,the article found that the information demand in area and country studies has characteristics such as wide sources of information,multiple lan-guages involved,and strong geographical attributes.The major problems for researchers in the process of information acquisition include insufficient and uneven distribution of domestic literature,insufficient open-ness of national libraries and archives,and scattered sources of required information.These findings can provide inspiration for innovation in concepts,platforms,models,technologies,and other aspects of infor-mation resource services from an international perspective.
