数智时代高校图书馆全链路、一站式图书荐购服务平台的设计与应用研究

摘要
读者荐购是国内各高校图书馆文献资源采访过程中的重要一环,但目前很多高校图书馆使用的图书荐购系统普遍存在荐购功能简单、无法一站式推荐和处理、信息反馈不及时和数据管理缺位等问题.文章以浙江大学图书馆"求是荐书"平台为例,提出了一种融合多荐购渠道、支持多类型资源推荐与使用的全链路、一站式、智能化图书荐购服务平台建设模式,以期为其他高校图书馆的图书荐购工作提供参考.
Abstract
Reader recommendation is an important part of the literature resource acquisition process in university libraries in China.However,many of the book recommendation systems used in university libraries currently have problems such as simple recommendation functions,lack of one-stop recommendation and processing,delayed information feedback,and missing data management.Taking the Qiushi Book Recom-mendation Platform of Zhejiang University Library as an example,this article proposes a full link,one-stop,and intelligent recommendation service model that integrates multiple recommendation channels and supports the recommendation and use of multiple types of resources in order to provide reference for book recommendation work in other university libraries.
