Exploring the Practice Path of Activating Ancient Books in University Libraries from the Perspective of"Cultural Activation"—A Case of the Rubbings Activation in Zhejiang University Library
In the pursuit of building a"cultural powerhouse",the activation of ancient books have e-merged as a significant task in preserving and utilizing cultural heritage.In this article,we introduce a novel model for the disclosure of special collections,aiming to promote the revitalization of ancient books through cultural activation.Based on the practice of rubbing activation at Zhejiang University Library,we outline five practical approaches and"four C"strategic considerations for ancient books activation in univer-sity libraries in order to offer fresh insights for the revitalization of ancient books.
