Faced with the digital transformation of education,university libraries are transforming into a new type of learning organizations and exploring potencial of transforming into Future Learning Centers.The current Ubiquitous Information services in university libraries should mainly be carried out through the"Ubiquitous Resources&Ubiquitous Services"model."Ubiquitous Resources"focuses on ensuring the needs of talent cultivation,discipline construction,cultural inheritance,and innovative development in col-lege."Ubiquitous Service"aims to support technological innovation and create conditions and opportunities for cultivating innovative talents.University libraries should utilize information technology to connect vari-ous learning system platforms and integrate educational data both inside and outside the college,support interdisciplinary integration research and application,build scalable and interconnected information plat-forms,and provide interconnected Ubiquitous Information Services.
