Research on the Identification of Key Factors Affecting User Experience in Academic Library Future Learning Center
The research on the key factors affecting user experience improves the service of Future Learning Center in academic library and contributes to its construction.Firstly,fourteen factors that affect user experience were summarized from five dimensions:reservation experience,environment experience,technology experience,service experience and learning experience.Then,the model of factors influencing user experience in Future Learning Center was developed according to the relationship between factors.Fi-nally,the key factors affecting user experience were identified by using DEMATEL method.The results in-dicated that the group environment,the usefulness and interactivity of technology,the pleasure and satis-faction derived from learning,as well as the growth experience gained through learning were key factors af-fecting the user experience in Future Learning Center.Combined with these key factors,recommendations for the construction and development of Future Learning Center were formulated from environment experi-ence,technology experience,service experience and learning experience aspects.
