With the deep integration of digital technology and new urbanization,the computing and network convergence city will become an important component of future urban infrastructure construction.With computing infrastructure as the base,and the overall allocation and operation management of computing resources as the means,the computing and network convergence city empowers the digital transformation and development of the cities by constructing the urban computing network,which plays an important role in realizing the goal of boosting China's strength in digital development.This paper reviews the construction background,and analyzes the connotation structure of the computing and network convergence city.By clarifying the construction significance,the construction path of the computing and network convergence city is further proposed.
