摘要
分析了车联网数据要素在推动智能交通和数字城市发展中的关键作用以及车联网数据产业发展现状.对数字城市建设与车联网产业融合发展中的数据市场发展策略进行了研究,同时对车联网数据要素的运营体系进行了分析.结合面对的机遇与挑战,提出了车联网数据要素应用场景、数据场景体系化平台构建等发展思路,并对未来车联网数据要素的发展进行了展望.
Abstract
This paper first analyzes the key role that Internet of Vehicles(IoV)data elements play in promoting the development of intelligent transportation and digital cities as well as the development situation of the data field of IoV.Then,it analyzes the measures to develop the IoV data market in the process of building digital cities and integrating the IoV industry with other industries.Finally,it proposes the development ideas of industrial application and the construction of a systematic platform for IoV data scenarios.
