Reflection on the promotion of authorized operation of public data under the new trend
With the release of a series of policies in the field of public data,authorized operation,as an innovative mode for the development and utilization of public data resources in China,has attracted more and more attention.Based on research and practice,various localities,industries,and fields have actively carried out exploration with their own characteristics,and formed a development boom in the authorized operation of public data nationwide,and achieved remarkable results.However,there are still hidden problems in data resource supply,operation system construction,application scenario mining,and other aspects that affect the effectiveness of public data development and utilization.The fundamental reason is that several key difficulties have not yet been overcome in authorized operation.In order to further improve the development level of authorized operation,efforts should be made from the aspects of system mechanisms,implementation paths,operation platforms,diversified ecology,and effectiveness optimization to fully explore and release the value of public data.
