Research on mechanism and countermeasures of accelerating the process of industrial digitalization driven by data elements
Currently,China has entered the era of digital economy.As a new kind of production resource,data elements are continuously accelerating industrial digitization in three dimensions:enterprise digital transformation and upgrading,industrial chain and supply chain digital transformation,and regional industrial structure optimization and upgrading.This further improves the industrial level and promotes value chain upgrading and has important value in accelerating new industrialization and promoting high-quality economic development.However,China's data elements also face problems such as incomplete systems,inadequate infrastructure,insufficient development of application scenarios,and insufficient security supervision.In this regard,it is necessary to further accelerate the high-quality development of data elements in China,by focusing on the basic institutional environment,digital infrastructure,typical application scenarios,and data security guarantees.Besides,it is necessary to guide data elements to become a new engine for promoting industrial digitization.
