Data element authorization and operation play a pivotal role in promoting the development of the digital economy,yet the implementation process remains fraught with difficulties and challenges.From the perspective of telecom operators,this paper analyzes the pain points and needs in the authorization and operation of data elements.On the premise of protecting personal information security and data rights,this paper explores an effective authorization mechanism for operator data elements based on privacy computing and blockchain technology,promote the in-depth development and release of enterprise data value,and promote the maximization of the use of enterprise data value by all sectors of society.
