摘要
智慧警务是公安警务模式升级的核心手段,推进打防犯罪、风险防控和社会治理从事后被动处置响应向事前主动预知预警转变,是公安警务信息化的高级发展阶段.以"感知—云网—数基—应用—安全—运营"为脉络,提出了一套全景化、体系化的智慧警务体系方案,助推公安警务信息化建设.
Abstract
Intelligent policing is the advanced development stage of public security informatization.It is also the core means of policing mode upgrading,which promotes the transformation from post-passive disposal response to pre-active prediction and early warning in crime prevention,risk control and social governance.Based on the vein of iot sensing-cloud network convergence-data basic support-application service-security assurance-operation,this paper proposes a set of panoramic and systematic intelligent policing system solution to promote the construction of policing informatization in various places.
