摘要
三极管共射放大电路实验是模拟电子技术基本实验之一,实验前基于Multisim波特图得到幅频特性及相频特性曲线.经与理论分析对照,有两个现象:一是上限截止频率远大于理论估算值;二是相频特性曲线在中频段某频率点发生-180°到 180°相位跳变.针对第一个现象,实验后对测试数据利用Python进行处理,表明幅频特性下限频率点理论值、仿真值与测试值基本一致;上限频率点介于理论值与仿真值之间.针对第二个现象,经Python绘制了理论相频特性曲线,用示波器实测输入、输出信号的李莎如图形,表明没有相位的跳变.
Abstract
The experiment of transistor amplification circuits is one of basic experiments of analog electronic technology.Amplitude and phase frequency characteristics curves are obtained based on Multisim.There are two phenomena that are inconsistent with theory:upper limit cutoff frequency is much greater than theoretical estimated value;The second is phase characteristic curve undergoes a phase transition from-180° to 180° at a certain frequency.Regarding the first phenomenon,the test data was processed using Python,and it was found that theoretical and simulated values of the lower limit frequency of the amplitude frequency characteristic were basically consistent with test values;The upper frequency is between theoretical value and simulation value.In response to the second phenomenon,a theoretical phase frequency characteristic curve was drawn using Python,and the Lissajous plots were measured no phase jump.
