摘要

等效电路模型是溶液电化学阻抗测量过程中研究其复杂物理化学过程的重要手段,在溶液电导率测量仪等设备的工程技术研发中具有重要的应用.本文选取氯化钾溶液为研究对象,使用电化学工作站和铂黑平行双电极测量0.01 mol/L至1mol/L氯化钾溶液的阻抗谱,采用Lima和Randles两种等效电路模型对测量结果进行拟合并对比两个模型的精度.基于测量过程中不同频段下溶液的导电物理化学机制不同的事实,对测量结果进行分频段模拟以进一步提高模拟精度,并在Lima和Randles等效电路模型的基础上简化出高频等效电路模型.采用高频等效电路模型对在高频下不同浓度溶液的电导率测量结果进行模拟,对比并分析了浓度不同所引起的溶液内物理化学过程的差异.

Abstract

The equivalent circuit model(ECM)is an important means to study the complex physical and chemical process of the electrochemical impedance measurement of solution,and it has important application in the engineering technology research and development of the equipment such as the solution conductivity measurement instrument.The potassium chloride solution(KCl)was selected as the research object,and the impedance spectrum of 0.01 mol/L to 1 mol/L KCl was measured using electrochemical workstation and platinum black parallel double electrodes.The Lima and Randles ECM were used to fit the measurement results respectively and the accuracy of the two models were compared.Based on the fact that the physical and chemical mechanism of the solution is different at different AC excitation signal frequencies,the measurement results are simulated at high and low frequencies respectively,to further improve the simulation accuracy,and the high-frequency ECM is raised based on the Lima ECM and Randles ECM.High frequency ECM was used to simulate the conductivity of KCl solution with different concentrations at high frequency,and the differences of physical and chemical processes in solution caused by different concentrations were compared and analyzed.
