Based on the interactive and color display capabilities of Python software,a simulation platform for Young's double slit interference and diffraction experiments was designed. The platform is an EXE file with universality and convenience. The user platform interface achieved adjustable experimental parameters and presented the law of interference and diffraction fringes changing with various parameters.By controlling parameters through interactive operations for dynamic simulation, the real experimental process can be visualized, which provides assistance for the teaching of optical part in physics.
