银纳米颗粒忆阻器的研究性实验设计

摘要
RCL电路实验教学中,引导学生思考忆阻器的由来.针对目前忆阻器教学中存在的突出问题——器件性能以仿真、模拟为主,测试则依赖昂贵的半导体分析仪,笔者基于科研成果和实验教学特点,制备了银纳米线/银纳米颗粒-聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/银纳米线(AgNW/AgNP-PVP/AgNW)三明治结构忆阻器,搭建了简易测试电路,展示了忆阻器的导电特性.将学科前沿研究与实验教学改革相结合,设计研究性实验,培养学生的创新思维和实践能力,科研反哺教学,实现"教学相长".
Abstract
In the teaching of RCL circuit experiment,students are guided to think about the origin of memristor.In view of the outstanding problems in memristor teaching,device performance is mainly simulated,and testing is dependent on the expensive semiconductor analyzer.Based on the scientific research and experimental teaching,the authors prepared the memristor with a AgNW/AgNP-PVP/AgNW sandwich structure,built a simple test circuit,and demonstrated the conductive characteristics of the memristor.Combining the frontier research with the reform of experimental teaching,the designed research experiments cultivate students'innovative thinking and practical ability.The scientific research feeds teaching,and benefits teachers and students.
