摘要

电磁驱动利用线圈互感耦合的原理,使用单片机控制继电器作为电路开关,将电容储存的电能瞬间通过放电线圈,在感电线圈内形成涡流,为灭火弹提供推力,将电能间接转化为灭火弹的动能.灭火弹的非爆破式设计通过按压弹头顶部的触压开关实现弹头和弹身的分离及灭火材料的喷洒,不仅可以降低灭火弹的破坏性,还可重复使用的弹壳设计还能节约成本、减少资源的浪费.相比其他消防方式,该设计具有可调节性较高、灭火范围较广、环境敏感性较低、可回收利用以及高精度和高效性等优势,具有一定的应用和推广价值.

Abstract

Aiming at the fire extinguishing method using fire extinguishing bomb,a design of non-explosive fire extinguishing bomb based on electromagnetic drive is proposed.The electromagnetic drive uses the principle of coil mutual inductance coupling,uses the single-chip microcomputer to control the relay as a circuit switch,and instantaneously passes the electric energy stored by the capacitor through the discharge coil,forming eddy currents in the inductance coil,providing thrust for the fire extinguishing bomb,and indirectly converting the electric energy into the kinetic energy of the fire extinguishing bomb.The non-explosive design of the fire extinguishing cartridge realizes the separation of the cartridge head and body and the spraying of fire extinguishing materials by pressing the tactile switch on the top of the cartridge head,which not only reduces the destructiveness of the fire extinguishing cartridge,but also saves the cost by the reusable cartridge shell design and reduces the waste of resources.Compared with other fire fighting methods,the design has the advantages of higher adjustability,wider fire extinguishing range,lower environmental sensitivity,recyclability,high precision and high efficiency,and has certain application and popularization value.
