摘要
采用Monte Carlo模拟方法分别考察了亲水嵌段长度不同的两种三嵌段共聚物ABA、CBC及二者的共混物在A、C嵌段的选择性溶剂中的自组装行为.模拟结果表明,通过调控B嵌段与溶剂间的疏水相互作用,两种三嵌段共聚物均能够自组装形成以疏水嵌段B为膜,亲水嵌段A(或C)覆盖在疏水膜表面的具有中空结构的聚合物囊泡.将这两种三嵌段共聚物混合,模拟结果表明通过调控混合比例体系中能够形成长亲水嵌段(C)在外,短亲水嵌段(A)在内的具有非对称膜结构的非对称囊泡.这种非对称囊泡在生物医药领域具有独特的应用价值,的模拟结果为制备非对称囊泡提供了新的思路和必要的理论依据.
Abstract
Monte Carlo simulation method was used to investigate the self-assembly behavior of two triblock copolymers with different hydrophilic block lengths,i.e.,ABA and CBC,as well as their mixtures ABA/CBC,in selective solvents of A and C blocks.The simulation results indicate that by regulating the hydrophobic interaction between the B block and the solvent,both triblock copolymers can self-assemble to form polymer vesicles with hydrophobic block B as the membrane and hydrophilic block A(or C)covering the surface of the hydrophobic membrane.When these two types of triblock copolymers are mixed together,simulation results show that by adjusting the mixing ratio,asymmetric vesicles with asymmetric membrane structures can be formed with long hydrophilic blocks(C)on the outside and short hydrophilic blocks(A)inside.This asymmetric vesicle has unique application value in the field of biomedicine,and our simulation results provide new ideas and necessary theoretical basis for the preparation of asymmetric vesicles.
