Research Progress on Arc Additive Manufacturing Process and Numerical Simulation
In this paper,the working principle,basic concepts,achievements and progress of arc additive manufacturing have been summarized.The influence of process parameters of arc additive manufacturing on the mechanical properties of additive parts,and the formability and microstructure of arc additive components are discussed.The application of numerical simulation in arc additive,and the influence rule of different process parameters on the temperature field and stress field in the simulation model are summarized;the future development of arc additive manufacturing is prospected.
