为推进机器人在铸造行业应用,深入分析了自动化铸造生产线各工艺工序的特点.介绍了自动化铸造生产线的整体工艺流程,详细讨论了砂芯浸涂和铸件打磨两个最为重要的工艺工序及其主要工艺参数.最后,对生产工序中出现频次最高的搬运操作进行了重点分析.
Abstract
In order to promote the application of robots in the casting industry,in this paper,the characteristics of each process in the automatic casting production line are analyzed in depth.The overall process flow of the automatic casting production line is introduced,and the two most important processes,sand core dip coating and casting polishing,as well as their main technological parameters,are discussed in detail.Finally,a key analysis is conducted on the most frequent handling operations in the production process.
