Research on Near Net Forming Technology for Pressure Vessel Head of High-temperature Gas-cooled Reactor
By analyzing the external characteristics of the pressure vessel head of high-temperature gas-cooled reactors,a forming scheme of"prefabricated slab + punching"was proposed.Through the study of slab manufacturing and punching processes for pressure vessel head forgings of high-temperature gas-cooled reactors, the controlled-circle forming process of slab with integral long anvil over-center upsetting and stripping and the large diameter slab with large displacement and small deformation punching forming process were achieved. After engineering practice,it has been verified that the near net forming scheme for the pressure vessel head of high-temperature gas-cooled reactors is reasonable and feasible.
